Someone please just SHOOT me now!!!!

So....new year....new me, right? I decided to get up at 5am this morning and start the 30 day shred with Jillian!
I just wanted to DIE!!! Right there in the middle of it! I just wanted someone to shoot me and put me out of my misery!
Here it is 5 hours later....my legs STILl feel like jello and my arms are just mush! Pure 100% mush!!!
This is not me - however....this is EXACTLY how I felt! Oh my goodness!!!!
So....to all of you strong, brave souls out there, who are already shredding....GOD BLESS YOU!!! I'm going to DIE before 30 days are up!

  1. I've heard it gets easier. I mean - I would NEVER do it in a thousand years so I don't know. but that's what I heard.

    Thats exactly how i felt the 1st time, it was so bad i had to take a 5 day break before i could do another session

  6. Jillian is a tough one..like the billy blanks one too..very hard..isnt there something a bit easier..say like a workout with Martha Stewart or something..I think thats what i need..!Im a new follower..Hi There..!

  7. It will get easier, I promise! I'm on day 13 and can see results....EXCITING! You will be sore for the first 1-3 days, but not so much after that!

  8. Hahaha...I know you can do it! You're problem is getting up at the ungodly hour of 5 a.m. to exercise...sheesh! I'm gonna die just thinking about that!

    Hang in there! I conquered the treadmill today for the first time this year!

  10. You will not die before the 30 days is up. I'm not going to tell you that it gets easier, but I can honestly tell you that you'll get stronger.
    I'm on Day 16, and the difference is astounding. I wouldn't have believed I could do some of this stuff before I actually did it.
    Keep it going. You'll be glad you did.
